This role is responsible for driving the growth of BioIVT's ADME/Tox products within the skin market, delivering annual revenue targets, and establishing and nurturing client relationships./ppThe TSS will develop a consultative selling approach, offering a value proposition to enhance the customer experience. Success in this role will be driven by the ability to provide customers with intellectual input into product selection, application, and implementation, leveraging scientific acumen and engaging additional expertise as needed./ppThe TSS will be recognized as offering best-in-class scientific and product knowledge, an unmatched understanding of customer needs, and highly specialized support./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDirect responsibility for the growth of BioIVT products within the ADME-Tox business unit to meet defined revenue targets/liliDevelop an annual account plan for the assigned market segment and report quarterly progress/liliResponsibility for sales and revenue forecasting in the defined market specialism/liliDevelop and implement strategies for the growth of existing key ADME/Tox customers/liliProactively seek out new opportunities for BioIVT products and services with new clients/liliDevelop and maintain extensive market knowledge of the skin ADME/Tox specialism/liliDevelop a detailed knowledge of competitors, their activities, and business risks/liliMaintain up-to-date and accurate records within SFDC/liliProvide accurate sales reporting and forecasting of future opportunities/liliEngage effectively with other teams and individuals within BioIVT to drive inquiries forward and provide clients with the information they need as efficiently as possible/liliManage customer expectations with effective communication - utilizing on-site discussions, telephone/video communication, and written communication/liliFocus on continual improvement of scientific knowledge and new developments in the skin ADME/Tox specialism/liliCommunicate effectively with the management team by providing regular reports and forecasts on progress made toward achieving your business targets/liliContribute to BioIVT's future product development through effective communication of market trends and unmet customer needs/liliRepresent the skin ADME/Tox specialism as a subject matter expert at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing functions/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
