Construction Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our New Construction team in the Richmond area. As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with experienced professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist in the layout, assembly, and installation of commercial systems, including plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal. This will involve working under the guidance of experienced mechanics to develop skills and knowledge in these areas.
Benefits- A market-competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per annum.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Some knowledge of the construction industry, preferably in sheet metal or plumbing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including unscheduled overtime (nights and weekends).
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is an asset.
- Basic construction/shop math skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
