About the Company: Associated Scaffolding is a reputable construction company seeking skilled laborers to join our team.

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer Specialist to assist with various tasks on our construction sites. This includes loading and unloading scaffolding equipment, mobilizing equipment to designated areas, and assisting with the erection or dismantling of scaffolding.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ground tasks such as roping equipment, moving equipment between areas, and keeping work spaces clean and organized.
  • Load and unload scaffolding from trucks to job sites.
  • Report to work promptly with necessary PPE, ID, and other required documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by foremen or managers.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Physically able to lift 70 lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to climb and work above 30 feet.
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish & English) a plus.
  • Availability for night and weekend work, and overnight travel.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
