CareSense Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our group homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in daily operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating client care, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including maintaining accurate client and staff paperwork.
  • Work closely with staff to resolve issues and ensure effective communication with caregivers, clients, and case managers.
  • Utilize our web-based care management system to monitor operations, including clinical documentation, care logs, and client and caregiver records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers and technology applications, including personnel recruiting systems, staffing and scheduling systems, and electronic medical records systems.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
  • Background check required.
