SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Healthcare Administrative Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the clinical operations team by providing essential front office assistance. This position involves engaging with a diverse patient demographic to ensure precise patient intake, registration, payment processing, and appointment scheduling. Key responsibilities include managing and screening incoming calls, coordinating appointment schedules, and accurately entering patient charges and payments along with relevant third-party information. The primary focus of this role is on patient registration, delivering exceptional customer service, and optimizing patient flow.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
