Position Overview:
As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Patient Care Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in managing patient-related administrative tasks. This position involves:

  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently scheduling patient appointments and ensuring timely communication with patients and their families.
  • Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Information Management: Utilizing the Transport Tracker System to retrieve and input patient data, aiding in the workflow of ancillary departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of six months of experience in a secretarial or customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with medical terminology and prior experience in a healthcare environment are advantageous.
