Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SilverTech. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
