Job Overview

Madison Mortgage Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive our growth strategy and expand our client base.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base through real estate agents and borrowers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Cold-calling real estate agents, attending industry events, and participating in activities that will drive business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation
  • Mortgage experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong outbound calling experience
  • Desire to work in a high-energy sales position
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
