As a VASH Case Manager at New Directions for Veterans (NDVets), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and services to help veterans overcome the challenges they face and achieve stability and independence.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality services and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, as well as experience working with homeless populations.

About the JobYou will be responsible for coordinating care for veterans in your caseload, which will involve working closely with Program Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and other providers. You will assess the needs of each veteran and develop individualized plans to address them, using your expertise and knowledge to ensure that each client receives comprehensive support and services.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, including charting and documentation. This will help us to better understand the needs of our clients and improve our services over time.

What We OfferA competitive salary of $67,000 - $77,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
