We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Advocate to join our team at New Directions for Veterans. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor client progress in rehabilitative services, focusing on improving, maintaining, and/or restoring client functioning.
- Accompany clients into the community to improve access to resources and/or attend appointments.
- Provide skilled crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain timely, complete, and legible clinical records.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in the mental health field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated experience/knowledge related to working in the mental health field.
- Compassion for clients and dedication to making a difference.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
