About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Business Solutions team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our product selection, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to onboard new products, and establishing the goals and strategy for developing new selection-focused products and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand our product assortment, identifying high-impact opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  • Lead the onboarding of critical new in-demand products, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful launch.
  • Establish and manage the roadmap for developing new selection-focused products and enhancements, prioritizing and trade-offs between seller/customer needs and operational feasibility.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform product decisions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate progress and results to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of your work and identifying opportunities for future growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
