Role Summary:

  • As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our initiatives by identifying optimal solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in defining the integration of our product data hub with various services to achieve targeted business outcomes, acting as a catalyst for enhancing existing products and services that utilize product data.
  • In this capacity, you will be recognized as a technical authority among both business and engineering teams, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize product data value through effective problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Success in this role requires a robust technical background combined with a solid foundation in product management, showcasing experience in shaping product functionalities within a broader enterprise technology framework.
  • This position involves collaboration with cross-functional product managers and technology leaders to establish roadmap priorities that align with overarching strategic goals.
  • Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Defining innovative business capabilities and customer features that are informed by technological advancements and strategic business insights.
  • Translating customer experience and business strategy into actionable technical requirements while influencing decisions through expert consultation.
  • Documenting non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security, and collaborating with technology teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
  • Leading backlog prioritization and recommending new technology trends and features to enhance our offerings.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of data to support product decisions and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
  • Identifying opportunities for product improvement based on performance metrics and driving ongoing enhancements.
  • Building effective relationships with engineering teams to define technical requirements and manage technical debt.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to clarify business challenges and communicate the implications of technical decisions.
  • Presenting solution options clearly to facilitate informed decision-making among stakeholders.
  • Documenting technical trade-offs and dependencies while ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Utilizing your subject matter expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution efforts across various support groups.
