Job Title: Senior Product Manager for Management Services at Docusign

As the Senior Product Manager for Management Services, you'll spearhead the strategic vision and roadmap to enhance adoption and usability of administrative solutions. Your role involves monitoring key engagement metrics, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring our solutions meet customer needs effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a proven track record of driving user engagement, and exceptional communication abilities.

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for boosting discoverability and adoption of management solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vision into functional specifications
  • Deepen understanding of customer lifecycle through research and insights
  • Stay informed about industry trends to anticipate customer requirements
  • Profile high-value use cases and engage closely with customers to gather feedback
  • Measure business and customer metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous evolution
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize product roadmap and backlogs effectively
  • Facilitate requirements definition and ensure timely product delivery with high quality

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8 years of digital product management experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven success in driving adoption and engagement for SaaS products
  • Customer-focused with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS product management
  • Ability to influence multiple partners in a dynamic environment
  • Track record of collaborative cross-functional work for successful product launches
