Role Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be to narrate compelling stories that inform both potential and existing partners about the relevance and advantages of Alexa in enhancing customer engagement.
You will spearhead launch initiatives, develop impactful content that elucidates use cases and value propositions, and establish effective marketing strategies aimed at boosting awareness, customer interaction, adoption, and retention.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams will be essential in shaping the product vision. This role offers the chance to influence a strategic and expanding segment of our business, making a significant impact daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Product Marketing Manager for a designated vertical, defining our messaging and positioning for enterprise clients and channel partners, while also supporting customer communications and business development materials.
- Create engaging content that clarifies the use cases and value propositions of our offerings, and design effective marketing initiatives to enhance adoption.
- Define strategic direction and collaborate closely with fellow marketers across the organization.
- Engage in a growing business area, contributing to substantial daily impacts.
- Formulate the go-to-market strategy for your vertical, empowering business development to drive scalable growth and increase awareness, adoption, and usage.
- Provide insights on marketing strategies and product roadmaps as part of your responsibilities.
A Day in the Life:
The daily environment within Alexa Enterprise Marketing is dynamic and collaborative. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and other teams to generate content, create marketing programs, enable channel partners, and align the organization on messaging and positioning.
We prioritize action to produce outstanding marketing materials (such as websites, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, and sales enablement tools). Our team seamlessly transitions from strategic planning and creative brainstorming to detailed execution, supporting each other through workload fluctuations while managing multiple priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of professional marketing experience
Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics for performance enhancement
Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables
Proven track record in executing and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives
Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or telecommunications.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and various benefits, depending on the position.
