Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager – Technical to join our marketing organization. As a key leader on the team, you will be responsible for defining and driving a new set of analytics, AI/ML, and science solutions to optimize AWS Marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive a new set of analytics, AI/ML, and science solutions to optimize AWS Marketing investments.
- Partner with experts across fields of Science, Business Intelligence, and Software Development to develop new and innovative solutions to some of the hardest challenges in Marketing.
- Help define the problems we are trying to solve, manage product development, and contribute to our product roadmap strategy of multiple products that span the wide variety of AWS marketing activities.
- Partner with marketing and sales leaders, finance, and marketing and sales operations teams to ensure the team builds the right solutions, and drive adoption of products to measure and optimize marketing to drive sales outcomes.
- Play a mix of product and program management roles, working with business owners to gather requirements and distill them into clear working-backwards BRDs, and guiding a team of scientists/economists/software development engineers using clear customer requirements.
- Manage the program aspects, including business reviews and leadership education sessions.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
