In this position, you will:
Deliver comprehensive healthcare and education to patients and their families.
Care for patients both in-person and through telehealth, collaborating with a diverse team of Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health providers, and support personnel including nurses and community health workers.

Strive for excellence in patient care, guided by data and strengthened by meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Engage in ongoing professional development through organization-sponsored educational opportunities, including access to resources like Up to Date.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
A valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
Current CPR certification.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
