Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians, PAs, NPs, and behavioral health providers to provide integrated, team-based care.
- Develop Patient Relationships: Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Participate in Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Contribute to a Positive Work Environment: Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Massachusetts License: Must hold a valid Massachusetts license to practice medicine.
- CPR Certification: Must hold current CPR certification.
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
