Job Overview

Position: Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: Up to $70 / Hour

Our esteemed client is in search of a Financial Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of GAAP, along with a strong command over financial reporting and the generation of financial statements. This role encompasses responsibilities related to financial reporting, management of fixed assets, and lease accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for financial reporting, ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports for the Controller's review.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of fixed assets, lease accounting, and sales and use tax processes.
  • Formulate, implement, and supervise financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to comply with J-SOX regulations, fostering a controlled financial environment.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate seamless audit processes and address any findings.
