About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Technical Specialist at Lukos, you will play a vital role in assisting operations at ICE Headquarters. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests on ServiceNow applications to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Identify defects and issues through systematic testing and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
  • Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain test data sets and environments for testing purposes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate test scenarios.
  • Document test results, defects, and testing outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines.
  • Provide input on quality assurance processes and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and techniques to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow system administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in software testing or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience as a business analyst in ServiceNow projects, with a focus on testing.
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow applications.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow testing capabilities and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with development teams.
