Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Content Developer to join our team at DirectViz Solutions, LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements to produce clear, concise, and user-focused documentation for ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, IRM, and CAM.
  • Capture technical content and ensure alignment with organizational goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain operational manuals, configuration documents, and process guides for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support Agile practices by providing documentation aligned with iterative development cycles and ensuring rapid updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, English, or a related field; or a combination of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow products and familiarity with technical content development for ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on technical accuracy and clarity.
  • US Citizenship required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
