At LightFeather IO LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team in the Washington, DC Metro area. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, who will oversee ServiceNow development, drive architectural decisions, and manage a team of developers.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects that deliver real impact. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will have the chance to shape the future of ServiceNow development while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serving as a technical lead and practice manager, overseeing the architecture, design, and development of custom ServiceNow solutions.
  • Managing a team of ServiceNow developers, providing leadership, mentorship, and ensuring that development standards are met across all projects.
  • Leading the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications, integrations, and advanced workflows, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with full BI clearance or above. Active or prior DHS Public Trust with full BI or higher clearance is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience developing ServiceNow applications, including leading teams and managing complex integrations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing ServiceNow development teams, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to technical standards.
