Responsibilities- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to hotel standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
