Job Title: Sales Account Director

Our client, a leading information technology and consulting company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion within the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for account mining, farming, hunting, sales, and business development to drive revenue growth and expansion within the BFSI domain.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients through account mining activities, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through hunting activities, targeting key accounts in the BFSI sector.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in a role involving account mining, farming, hunting, sales, and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Current relationships/experience working with Wells Fargo.
