Regional Sales Director

The Area Director of Sales plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and supporting new hotel expansion for this exciting new franchise hotel concept.
This newly created position is responsible for leading all facets of sales for existing and new hotels, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support new hotel expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Recruit, screen, and onboard high-quality sales talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners and operators
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
