Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at CAI. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, leading and participating in the development of custom Salesforce applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the design and development of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, including integrations with other systems.
  • Lead and participate in the development of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Research and analyze new features and concepts with Salesforce, execute and document proof-of-concept results, and communicate to leadership how this new functionality will achieve business outcomes.
  • Gather business requirements, document user stories, contribute to business process mapping, design technology solutions, and work with the development team to implement technology solutions in the Salesforce and CRM domain.
  • Develop strong partnerships with business, infrastructure, operations, security, and development partners to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strive for quality of Salesforce projects, ensuring the correct technical solution, configuration, and development is implemented on-time to meet documented requirements.
  • Ensure that proper use of project and release management tools and tactics across cross-functional teams, including user documentation and SOPs.
  • Lead a team of Salesforce and CRM administrators and developers.
  • Prepare and present project-level communications for Salesforce leadership.
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to technology team initiatives and assist with other relevant projects as assigned.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews as needed to ensure high-quality code that is efficient, maintainable, and follows best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in Salesforce development.
  • BS or BA in Technical Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service.
  • Proficiency in Field Service Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Expert level of knowledge in Salesforce products, ISVs, and SIs, including best practices, limitations, and performance considerations of the platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms and applications, and experience implementing and integrating at enterprise-scale.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development (Apex and Lightning).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience in healthcare.
  • Field Service, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Technical Architect Certifications.
Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
