Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Rielly Chevrolet in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive new referrals and retain clients
  • Assist clients with English and/or Spanish language support
  • Manage incoming calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Process and document policy endorsement requests and billing transactions on customers' policies across multiple carrier platforms
  • Document detailed and concise notes from every customer interaction
  • Comply with state insurance regulations and insurance carrier requirements
Requirements:
  • Valid Arizona Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License (preferred)
  • Prior experience assisting property and casualty insurance clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs and skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
