About the Role:

Ebenezer is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at The Sanctuary of West St Paul. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established culinary standards of high quality care.
  • Ensure that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and resident expectations.
  • Plate food for optimal eye appeal to entice food consumption by our residents.
  • Assist the Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff.

Requirements:

  • High volume cooking experience in a similar environment required.
  • Scratch cooking experience preferred.
  • One to three years related experience.
  • ServSafe certification preferred, but will assist in obtaining.

What We Offer:

  • 80 hours per two weeks.
  • Day/Evening shift.
  • Includes Every other weekend and possible Vacation rotation.
