- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction goals and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and hotel facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
The hotel operates 24/7, and associates may be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A hospitality service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
