Job Overview

At ELIA Group Headquarters, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive the success of our brand through innovative digital strategies and campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will lead efforts in optimizing our website for search engines and managing paid media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and bookings.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, to track and analyze email performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, monitoring and adjusting SEO efforts based on performance data.
  • Develop and monitor execution of social media strategies and campaigns across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee all websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, optimized for search engines, properly functioning, and regularly updated with fresh content and offers.
  • Identify and manage digital partnerships and collaborations with influencers, travel websites, and other relevant online platforms to expand reach and drive traffic.
  • Track and report on KPIs and marketing metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a solid track record of driving online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies relevant to the F&B industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ability to analyze and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, with a strong ability to track and interpret email performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, with the ability to monitor and adjust SEO efforts based on performance data.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders including venue staff, external partners, and customers.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At ELIA Group Headquarters, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

This is a full-time position working in an office environment that is as unique and iconic as our business model. You will typically work Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, however, work hours vary significantly, often requiring evenings and weekends to align with F&B activities. Work is primarily conducted in F&B venue settings and the corporate office.

Physical Requirements

At ELIA Group Headquarters, we are all about setting you up for success. The physical demands described here are representative of those you must possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

This is primarily an office role that requires you to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, although standing in, and moving between, work areas may be required. You will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productive machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer, for a significant part of each day. This role frequently requires you to move around our office or our other properties. This role occasionally requires the ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You will also need to be able to operate a motor vehicle to visit various properties and meeting sites and communicate effectively in person, before groups, and over the telephone.
