About the Position
New Directions for Veterans is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to improving the lives of veterans. As a Field-Based Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients. This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct home visits, office sessions, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and organizations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health, preferably with a focus on trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
