Territory Sales Manager

This position is responsible for driving customer account growth and sales performance within assigned sales channels. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow current customer sales through a variety of sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to existing and new customers, and negotiate agreements to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor customer sales activities and develop action plans to address customer needs and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop plans and strategies to meet customer needs and grow sales.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate sales projections.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development.
  • 1-3 years of business development experience, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience within assigned sales channels or customer bases.

Work Environment:

The majority of work is performed in the field with customers, requiring frequent travel and interaction with internal stakeholders. The role also involves working in a company office building, with occasional lifting requirements of up to 75 pounds.
