  • Education: Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing our community. Must have a RN, LPN, or LVN license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in providing care to seniors, sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality, or a relevant healthcare/personal care background is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience developing employees and teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proven Success: A track record of achieving results and driving business growth.
  • Outgoing Personality: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude will drive success in this role.
  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and the ability to travel locally.
