Regional Director, EyeCare-Lenscrafters

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our EyeCare team at LensCrafters. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team of optometrists and office staff.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Income Delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Coach and develop optometrists and office staff to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Track and analyze sales trends and results
- Optometric Coverage
- Recruit and select optometrists for new and vacant positions
- Orient and train new optometrists
- Identify and address coverage deficiencies
- Customer and Patient Satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Coach and support optometrists to improve patient satisfaction
- Communication and Culture
- Lead problem-solving and communication efforts to address significant optometric issues
- Coordinate corporate optometrist involvement in community outreach programs
- Training and Development
- Coach and develop employed optometrists to improve quality and NPS
- Support the development of new training programs and tools
- Policy and Process Development
- Implement policies and guidelines as set by the EYEXAM Board of Directors and Quality Assurance Committee
- Recommend policy revisions as needed
- O.D. degree and O.D. license in California
- 10+ years of experience in the optical industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business growth
