Position Overview:
The role of a Customer Order Specialist is essential in guaranteeing that our organization delivers top-notch support to its clientele. Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in manufacturing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in customer management software and various computer systems.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism and tact.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer and order data in the order management system.
- Compliance: Ensure all order processes adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of the company's products and services.
- Documentation: Keep thorough records of all orders, customer interactions, and related transactions.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Compensation for this role ranges from $36,000 to $49,850.00, depending on various job-related factors such as geographic location, market demand, experience, training, and education.
