What is the Opportunity?
The role of the Project Manager involves the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization, adhering to established timelines and budget constraints.
This includes the acquisition of necessary resources, effective capacity planning, and the coordination and motivation of all project team members, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project deliverables.
Project Managers play a crucial role in defining project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring high levels of development and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
At CNB, Project Managers are expected to follow the CNB Project Management Lifecycle Methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify necessary resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
2. Participate in meetings to establish project goals and gain consensus on steps, schedules, and implementation procedures; promote cooperation among support teams.
3. Conduct interviews with colleagues and clients to identify and analyze needs; develop project plans and provide input for recommendations regarding requests and problem resolutions.
4. Identify internal and external resources to guarantee successful project completion.
5. Monitor development activities to meet project objectives, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and schedules.
6. Manage multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently, consulting with all levels of management and coordinating activities across departments and divisions.
7. Prepare project status reports and make necessary adjustments to project plans.
8. Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure integrated processes that support expected service levels.
9. Act as a business partner by managing expectations and providing guidance throughout the project duration.
10. Comply with all operational and credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
11. Complete all required training.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR function
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of banking is preferred
- Possess leadership and negotiation skills
- Typically, candidates have four to five years of relevant experience with some project lead or supervisory experience.
Compensation:
Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
