Senior Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team at United Furniture Warehouse. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
- 3-7 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in managing and developing a high-performing HR team.
- Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
