As a Conversion Implementation Analyst, you will represent FIS, engaging closely with our clients as they adopt our solutions, transforming the banking experience.

Your role will involve analyzing data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational requirements of our clients to facilitate data mapping and system transitions.

Upon evaluating client needs, you will develop a strategic roadmap to guide clients through the implementation process while educating them about our products and assisting them with setup and integration.

Team Dynamics:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Performing data analysis, product mapping, and client consultations to determine data requirements for software applications.
  • Creating detailed data maps and transaction workflow documents to illustrate the conversion of each field.
  • Conducting tests to verify that new, customized software aligns with specific client needs.
  • Coordinating and executing readiness assessments to ensure the conversion process is on track.
  • Providing training to clients on new systems and procedures.
Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate these concepts to customer groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

FIS is dedicated to providing its employees with rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation.

The salary range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 to $86,000.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location.

Within this range, actual starting pay is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location may also affect actual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter regarding the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
