About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that align with client priorities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and relational database software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
  • Strong business process analysis and re-engineering skills
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving business improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Previous experience in healthcare or prior authorization
  • Advanced process mapping software experience, including MS Visio, LUCID, or Blueworks
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading projects and teams
