Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Snow King Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of front desk operations, including scheduling, employee performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
• Monitor and control labor costs and expenses within budget.
• Ensure procedures are followed for security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
