Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at MH Equipment. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing market share, sales, and gross profit of new, used, and allied equipment, long-term maintenance agreements, and other support services available from MH Equipment Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably in material handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
