Overview:
OSL Retail Services is a dynamic, people-driven company providing outsourced sales services for some of North America's biggest Fortune 500 companies. We're seeking a hands-on, lead-from-the-front Territory Sales Lead to sell and support client relationships.
The Opportunity:
As a Territory Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for driving sales success in approximately 4 Walmart Wireless Locations. Your mission is to surpass personal sales goals while creating a flawless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals in all locations
- Manage time efficiently, maximizing profitability
- Mastery our sales process and exceed sales KPIs
- Maintain a collaborative spirit and passion for sales
- Roll up your sleeves and sell by example, alone or side by side
- Inspire the team with your presence, work ethic, and sales ability
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to deliver the right solutions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar & kiosk)
- Proven ability to sell, offer great customer service, and maintain personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Your own vehicle and the ability to travel often to work in your stores during operational hours
