Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving sales growth for Dalkia US by identifying, engaging, and managing account prospects and existing customers. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing new customers and maintaining or increasing volume within assigned existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research, networking, and outreach efforts to identify and qualify potential account prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth in collaboration with sales management.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate efforts with the marketing department to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Partner with the finance team to prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Dalkia US services and establish connections with potential clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Current experience in sales, account management, or business development within the energy or facility management sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
