Job Title: Business Development

At Dalkia US, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Partner with the finance team to prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Current experience in sales, account management, or business development within the energy or facility management sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
