Overview:

The Concierge Services Team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional on-site support at various venues including the CRUC, Digital Auditorium, and Underground. This position entails a variety of responsibilities, such as:

  • Managing the Information Desk in the CRUC
  • Assisting with events in the Digital Auditorium
  • Providing support for activities in the Underground
  • Arranging furniture for events
  • Offering directions and responding to inquiries about UMW
  • Ticket sales and basic sound and lighting assistance for events

Comprehensive training will be provided by student supervisors and the Facilities and Events Manager to ensure all team members are well-prepared for their roles.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Candidates should possess:

  • The ability to assess client needs and implement effective solutions for events
  • Skills in managing complaints and providing suitable resolutions
  • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software applications
