The Role:
Overseeing the daily operations and logistics involved in preparing the venue for concerts and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the venue is adequately prepared for concerts and events.

Managing the teardown and cleanup of the venue post-events.

Conducting general maintenance of the property.

Upholding the cleanliness of the venue.

Assisting production and office staff as required.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma

Familiarity with Music Venue Operations

Able to perform manual labor

Capable of enduring long event days, potentially up to 15 hours

Must possess handy, crafty, and creative skills

Exhibits a positive demeanor

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of organizational skills and follow-through

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while making sound decisions

Maintains personal integrity

Physical Demands/Working Environment:
The working environment is fast-paced, often loud, and can be stressful.

This position requires extended periods of standing, including constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying.

Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
