Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a busy phone line dedicated to our builder line and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, confirm appointments, and implement service technician scheduling using our operating system.
  • Utilize our operating system for scheduling, invoicing, and processing payments.
  • Communicate with customers clearly and effectively, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
  • Process customer communications accurately and efficiently.
  • Exercise administrative judgment, assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Requirements
  • Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience is preferred.
  • Two or more years of Customer Service experience are required.
  • Proficiency in navigating basic office support software is necessary.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations, and times).
  • A team player who can work with the residential scheduling team is essential.
  • Excellent customer relation skills are required.
  • Problem-solving skills and common sense are necessary.
  • Takes pride in their work.
