Compensation:
Starting salary of $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Team to outline and clarify project scope and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets effectively.
- Coordinate resources including budgets, materials, equipment, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to ensure profitable agreements that align with project scope and budget.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and financials.
- Foster and manage client relationships for ongoing and future projects that align with BCI's objectives.

Project Management:
- Build and oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Implement change processes in line with company standards.
- Utilize corporate protocols for managing sub-contracts, purchase orders, and project billing.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in PDF Suite applications, particularly Bluebeam Revu.
- Experience with advanced financial management software is essential.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Project Management Administration Software such as ProCore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.

Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
