Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 4% match on 401K contributions.

Job Description

As a Logistics Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for making high-volume cold calls, negotiating contracts, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
