Job Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to deliver Cognitive Based Intervention (CBI) risk reduction programs and interventions at a correctional facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CBI skills-building classes and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Teach evidence-based programs, including Core-Adult, Career Readiness, Improving Family Relationships, Sex Offender, and Substance Use-Adult, as well as build Advanced Practice groups.
  • Administer tasks such as scheduling classes, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and fidelity, and participating in case management/case planning activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: Six months' experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to the agency's programs.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in corrections/criminal justice or social services field, or equivalent experience. One-year experience working with adult offenders. One-year experience in training/skills development, preferably in assisting or co-facilitating in the delivery of CBI programs.
  • Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must pass a criminal history records check.
