We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children aged 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.
  • Establish a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and organized learning environment that promotes independence and self-confidence.

Requirements

  • Montessori certification or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
